Write a 5-7 page paper explaining the principles and techniques of Kundalini Yoga that a person would use to change his and her life.
Include explanations of this technology and your understanding of the practices of this lifestyle.  Explain the importance of each of these aspects of the technology: chanting, mantra, mudra, pranayam, meditation and movement.

Include 2-3 pages of personal reflection of your own experience practicing this discipline.
